Founder and Director of a startup in Tech City formed in July 2011 and finalists in the first Tech City Entrepreneur Festival. Co-Founded and co-Directed BigDog Interactive. Over 20 years experience in functional prototyping and design for global clients ranging from Nokia and the Technology Strategy Board to the Science Museum London. PhD in Computer Science, MSc in Human-Computer Interaction, and BA in Rhetoric and Professional Writing with a Computer Graphics specialization. Passionate about producing highly creative design solutions and in delivering cutting-edge, easy to use interfaces that meet customer requirements.

- Expert design portfolio includes mobile applications, multi-touch devices, interactive installations/surfaces, large-screen displays and live performance eventing.
- Recipient of a number of awards including a Gold Award for Excellence in interface design (USA) as well as Grace Hopper Women in Computing Scholarships.
- Published and presented over 40+ research papers and technical reports in HCI, Ubiquitous, Tangible, Pervasive and Embedded Computing and involved in a number of professional activities.

Located in Tech City / near Silicon Roundabout in London, England and originally from Canada. Happily married to a British computer nerd and when we’re not on our computers, we love to travel to remote spots of the world. We hope one day to be able to afford space flight.
